Adults who are interested in participating in this program must apply through the Single Portal at          The Durham Center by calling 560-7500.

Our goal is to find a living arrangement best suited to an individual's desire, ability and                financial resources.

Participants are then connected with a coach who provides one-on-one skill training and                 direction.

Skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, resolving conflicts, managing time, making            appointments, learning public transportation routes, and becoming more confident and           independent are taught in this program.
