Support
Broker (Case Manager) - The Arc of NC seeks a passionate and
extraordinary person to become our next Support Broker, providing case
management services, including person-centered planning and supports
coordination for people with developmental and other disabilities. Seeking
person who is steeped in person-centered principles, with knowledge of
self-determination and person-centered planning tools a MUST. Working knowledge
of NC system and generic resources in the local county is crucial. Knowledge of
state and Medicaid funding streams necessary. Must be able to provide CAP case
management. Requires a creative, progressive thinker and strong advocate who is
very self-disciplined. Must be a QP in Developmental Disabilities with
Bachelor's degree in a human service field and at least two years related exp.
