SUPPORT BROKER (Case Manager) - Hayesville

 The Arc of NC seeks a qualified professional case manager to provide person-centered planning and supports coordination for people with developmental, related disabilities and/or mental illness in our Hayesville office. Knowledge of self-determination and person-centered planning tools a MUST. Working knowledge of system and generic resources in the local county area is beneficial. Knowledge of, Medicaid and CAP MR/DD, other funding streams necessary. Must be able to provide DD Case Management . Requires a strong advocate who is very self-disciplined. Bacheloršs degree in a human service field with at least two years related exp. Excellent salary and benefits.
