Property and Asset Management

Since the early 1980's The Arc of North Carolina’s team of assisted housing and financial specialists have managed The Arc's  properties, and in recent years, additional properties owned by other non-profit organizations. The Arc’s team of property management and finance professionals manages all aspects of lease-ups, rent collections, HUD rental subsidy acquisition, routine repairs and ongoing maintenance of all sites. The department complies with HUD subsidized tenancy and fair housing regulations.
