How Cuts at the Department of Education Can Affect People with Disabilities 

In our continuing efforts to advocate for people with disabilities in the light of changes happening at the federal level, we want to provide you with the latest information on the Department of Education.  

The Arc of the United States has issued a statement on actions that have been taken to protect the rights of students with disabilities. The Arc of North Carolina supports this statement and will continue to advocate for the needs of people with disabilities.
